CHRISTMAS PARADE

5:30-6:00 PM

The parade starts at Moon School at 5:30pm, and ends at Waterford Jr High after traveling through the streets of Waterford and the Christmas Market. There will be an announcing station at the Christmas Market. If you wish to watch the parade in your vehicle, Pecan St and Bentley St between the Museum and "F" Street provide the best parking. The Christmas Parade will pause at Waterford Museum so Santa can turn on the lights for the City Christmas Tree while riding atop his "sleigh" - the Stanislaus Consolidated Fire Truck!

The Parade entry judging booth is located at the announcing station at the Christmas Market (on the right side of the float entries). Winners will be chosen for the following five categories:

  • BRIGHTEST LIGHTS
  • BEST YOUTH ENTRY
  • BEST MUSIC

Come out early on Saturday to enjoy great shopping, food trucks, and activities, before watching the parade in Downtown Waterford. There will be over 40 vendors and multiple food options to enjoy. The Market will also host an announcing station for the parade, as well as the judges' booth. Don't miss out on the opportunity to get that awesome family photo with Santa and Mrs Claus!
